She is a strong team builder and has led multiple organizations through restructuring, scaling, change and growth. She has the flexibility to work in large complex organizations as well as build successful startup organizations from idea to implementation.  Brennan drives transformations with systemic process and organizational change while managing through difficult business transitions, especially from idea to revenue.
