Drawing from experience, this discussion explores practical strategies to manage through turbulent times, offering insights on decision-making, and maintaining stability in the face of change. Conversation circles foster open, respectful dialogue providing a safe place to come together to share ideas, discuss topics of interest, and build connections.

Susan Seilheimer Brennan, a founder of Southern Automotive Women's Forum, is a strategic leader in the energy transition arena, with deep experience in both the New Energy Ecosystem as well as traditional infrastructure. As the CEO at 5E Advanced Materials, CEO of Romeo Power, COO at Bloom Energy and Manufacturing, General Manager for Nissan and Ford Motor Company, she has experience in the mining, chemicals, battery, automotive and energy industries. She is a strong team builder and has led multiple organizations through restructuring, scaling, change and growth. She has the flexibility to work in large complex organizations as well as build successful startup organizations from idea to implementation. Brennan drives transformations with systemic process and organizational change while managing through difficult business transitions, especially from idea to revenue. She is currently president and CEO of Susan Brennan Leadership LLC.
