Speaker and Facilitator:
Jan Brazeal Ingenrieth is the Director of Internship Programs at the Alabama Productivity Center (APC), a role she has held since 2014. At APC, she spearheads the internship program, where she adeptly recruits, interviews, and places students from various universities and colleges into high-value internships. Jan takes great pleasure in mentoring these talented individuals throughout their internships and observing their remarkable professional growth.
Before joining the APC, Jan established a solid foundation in the staffing industry, where she excelled as an Operations Manager and Field Representative. She skillfully managed assignments for over 50 clients, generating substantial sales amounting to $1 million. Subsequently, Jan transitioned her career to the Automotive Industry, particularly as a Human Resource and Safety Manager for Tier I automotive manufacturers supplying renowned brands such as Mercedes, Volkswagen, and BMW.
Jan is a Certified Leadership Trainer and Coach through the esteemed John C. Maxwell Leadership program. She also holds the prestigious designation of SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Jan acquired her educational foundation from the University of Alabama, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's of Arts. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jan finds joy in exploring the world through travel, capturing moments through her photography, and crafting.
