About the Speaker:

Michelle Pauk is an executive coach, facilitator, and author who helps leaders navigate the human side of change with clarity and courage. Drawing on two decades of experience in tech, agile transformation, and leadership development, she works with mid-level and senior leaders to build trust, influence across silos, and lead through uncertainty, especially without formal authority.

Michelle holds a Master’s in Leadership & Organizational Development and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF. She’s the founder of Streamside Coaching and the author of Build a Golden Bridge: How to Lead Change When You’re Not in Charge.
